A scenario for leftists to ponder

One of the more despicable claims made by the American left is that those who engage in tea parties and town hall protests are nothing but racists who fear a black man spending their money.

So if you cling to that idiotic meme, answer me this: Do you honestly think conservatives would stand pat if ultra liberal John Edwards were the President making the same policy decisions? Or would you accuse us of what you're guilty of on a regular basis: That is, blaming the country's problems on a Southern white male?

  1. I feel some catharsis coming on....

Liberals don't want an end to racism; it's too valuable. At some point you would think minority groups who vote reliably Donkey would feel demeaned by this. But no, style (lofty rhetoric) triumphs over substance (actually solving problems) year after year after year. I've heard various explanations for why some voter constituencies don't like Republicans, and they're good reasons, but have they ever bothered to look at the people they are voting for year after year? There is a phenomenal record of failure that is disregarded entirely, failure writ large across generations, cities, socioeconomic groups. What a stupid waste. People would do better to just attack themselves with dirty sporks.

We'd be paralyzed by his Silky Pony good looks, of course. And that was a world-class rant, Moose!
