K-Rod, maybe so, but if they lose a game they go on home, same as the Packers.
I think the Packers have a pretty reasonable shot at winning on Sunday. The question is, "Which Cardinals show up?" Clearly Arizona can be very good, but I'm not sure those guys will be at the stadium come game time. We'll see.
I'm just happy that our beloved Packers are in the playoffs. And don't worry, Vikings fans -- Fav-ray broke our hearts for 15 years. Now it's your turn.

I've said many times before that we Viking fans need to be honest with ourselves. That is, there is no way the Vikings get this far with Jackson or Rosenfels at QB. So if Favre throws a late INT to cost the Vikes a playoff game? Que Sera Sera. But they wouldn't even be in a position to have a first round bye without him. I'll take my chances.
Wow, that's quite a change of pace from the pissing and moaning about Cutler all year! Just a prediction, but I think Matt Forte will be your whipping boy next year.
There was a time, before the Broncos beat the Packers in the SB, that my two favorite teams were a combined 0-8 in the SuperBowl. (and when the Broncos finally broke that streak I was in the hospital on NPO for an oldfashioned gallbladder removal on Monday)
Yes, Mr. D, I know what "broke our hearts" is all about, trust me.
That's why I am taking the "big frozen carp" approach.
When they lose by 14 to Arizona this weekend you can start dreaming about next year.
ReplyDeleteTalk it up PB, but for now, we purple are simply carrying a big frozen carp. ;^)

Any given Sunday.
ReplyDeleteBut I can guarantee that the Vikes won't lose this weekend.
Nor will the Lions. ;)
ReplyDeleteNor will Da Bears, as their season is OVER as well. ;^)

Now hey, Gino said Da Bearz would kick butt, not win games! :^)
