I hope the rabbit is a vicious killer with sharp, pointy teeth

Or some big, bad wolf comes along and devours this little evil demon dog from hell for a snack. Or, some large owl spots him and later on upchucks a ball of fur and bones.

Ideally, Rusty will finally get it through his head that this little demon is nothing but trouble and it'll have a horrible accident during the bath.

Oh well, now, we'll just have to see what kind of trouble Rusty is going to get into due to this pain in the rear puppy, which will then suck Mark into some dangerous situation that takes him away from a quiet day fishing, or being with Cherry enjoying some quality time.

I wish I had the will power to just check back in two months when this episode concludes; but, like a rubbernecker watching a horrible car crash, I'll check it out daily when I read the other comics.
