    Not too bad, actually, though it took two days to get me cleaned out. Two small polyps, hopefully nothing of note in them.

    And then they encouraged me to break wind! What a deal!

    You would have been crazy to wear your Nutty Buddy to a colonoscopy, but you ARE a GOM, so you never know.........and sorry, I know it was a little personal.
