Well, I have absolutely ZERO joy in the fact that I had this selection in my 2011 Dead Pool. Unfortunately, when a 70-something man is diagnosed with cancer (much less esophageal cancer), it's pretty much a death sentence.
The greatest home run hitter in Twins history will be sorely missed.

Very sad news. A wonderful guy who did some of his most important work long after his Hall of Fame baseball career ended.
