As you get out of my yard, be sure to read the sign

Oh yeah, you all thought the photo of the "for sale" sign in my neighbor's yard posted here a couple of weeks ago was a joke. Well, the drug store finally got done with processing the film from my Instamatic, so just look at this and you'll know why the nimrod put his house on the market and that stupid sign in his yard.
