Except for minor countries like "The Soviet Union" and "Iran"

Former President Jimmuh Cahtuh is apparently vying for "most clueless former President in history" by arguing that we "had almost complete harmony with every nation on earth" during his presidency.

Yeah, it was such a great time.  Thousands of Soviet missiles pointed at us, the world's largest army poised in Eastern Europe to grind half a million U.S. soldiers into hamburger at a moment's notice, and half the world in totalitarian slavery, all while the mad Ayatollahs of Iran knew they could take U.S. hostages at will without, in Jimmuh's own words, "a single bomb dropped" or "a single missile fired."  And had Jimmuh had his way, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Grenada, and the entire Warsaw Pact would likely still be in said totalitarian slavery.

  2. jimmy's probelm is that he is delusional.
he was Saint Jimmy, remember? he believed it himself, in his own moral superiority.

and still after all these years, he's trying to explain his failings away, unable to let go of the halo
