Okay, I'm not sure what country the guy on the left is from; but, I think they could have come up with a more practical design on their track outfits. The hat alone must have added a good .5 of a second to his time due to wind resistance.
It is 2010. They could have at least given her a nice push broom to clean up the track. Next time they should budget in for a roomba.
