The wife shot at and missed three deer.
I saw a bunch of does and an eight point buck walked under but BEHIND my stand and did not offer me a shot.
My brother-in-law shot a spiker and an eight pointer.
Three days hunted; seven more to hunt!

ReplyDeleteMy aunt got a 7 pointer and my uncle got a spiker Saturday.
The weather was poor, it rained Friday and then turned to wet snow Saturday... melted (loud) Sunday... then finally it was nice on Monday.
The wife and I will head up north Thursday evening to try our luck once more... we have 1 doe permit and 3 buck tags we can fill...
